The Baltimore Furniture Bank serves clients referred to us from local nonprofit social service agencies, hospitals, mental health providers, and city and county agencies.
We are accepting new partners and if you are interested in becoming a partner, upon request, we will provide you with a copy of our Memo of Understanding that sets forth the services we provide. Once the MOU is signed, we will send you a link to submit the “furniture order form”. You and your client can complete the form together and submit it to us. We will give you instructions on setting up a visit where you and your client will be able hand select a personalized furniture package.
Your client can pick up their furniture at our warehouse dock for no charge, or your organization can arrange for us to deliver to the client's home for a small delivery fee. This fee covers the cost of or crew wages and gas for our trucks. The partner organization, not the client, is responsible, for paying us the delivery fee. The furniture is freee of charge.
