You can deliver your donations to our warehouse dock in Baltimore City, in the Woodberry neighborhood, as we can only offer limited pickup services at this time.
To better serve our donors, the Baltimore Furniture Bank has partnered with ReSupply, a veteran-owned and operated nonprofit organization working with local movers/haulers who provide added services for a fee.

We accept gently used furniture that is clean, structurally sound, and in good working condition. Commonly accepted items include mattresses and box springs, bed frames, dressers, tables, chairs, sofas, futons, loveseats, lamps, artwork, mirrors, household goods, and small appliances.
For safety and space reasons, we cannot accept items that are broken, heavily worn, stained, infested, or missing parts. We also do not accept items such as cribs, mattresses with stains or damage, king-size beds, china closets, sofa beds, large buffets, large appliances (washers, dryers, stoves).
Yes, donations may be dropped off by appointment only during our designated donation hours. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability and to schedule a drop off time.
Yes. We welcome new furniture donations, as well as bulk donations from businesses, property managers, hotels, universities, or retailers. Please contact us to coordinate large or commercial donations.
Yes. Baltimore Furniture Bank is a project under Uplift Alliance, Inc. which is a 501(c)(3). Donations may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. We provide donation receipts upon request.
Donated furniture and household goods are cleaned, inspected, and distributed to individuals and families in need referred to us by our partner organizations, helping them create safe and stable homes.
At this time, we are only able to pick up donations in a limited area that are of 'high need'. You can deliver your items to our warehouse in the Woodberry area (21211), or choose Priority Pickups (for a fee) offered by our partner ReSupply. Please contact us for details.
